Daltrey Rogered

One of many standout scenes from a great British crime film: McVicar (1980).

After his thrilling escape from prison (using the old papier-mâché in the shower block routine), John McVicar (Roger Daltrey) ends up lying low at the home of mobster bird, Kate (played by the oddly spoken Georgina Hale).

One much-needed wash and shave later, John enters the kitchen for a lovely full English breakfast, just the ticket after years of tasteless prison slop.

What follows caused me a great deal of excitement as a young gentleman, and resulted in a life long admiration for all things fried by naked women.

  1. Interestingly, Hale later went on to star in the ITV show 'Teabag'.
